HOURLY RESERVATIONS

To get started:

For standard reservations please select the type of reservation that you need. Then select the date, then 1st hour of your preferred reservation and then last hour of your preferred reservation. To finish up the booking details please enter the total number of participants you are bringing and add any additional notes.

*** IMPORTANT / PLEASE READ ***

• If you are in film or fashion, bringing a production crew and assistants, please visit our Production Reservation page to learn more. If a production books under the standard rate and arrives on the day of their reservation, they may be liable for additional charges to keep their booking for that day. If you are unsure if your visit will fall under this category, give us a call at (615) 642-3587 so we can discuss your needs before booking.
• If you are an artist or large family booking time, be sure to book at least 2 hours to get the work done. One hour goes by quickly here for there are many scenes to photograph. If you book an hour and go over your time or arrive early to use our facility, be sure to pay for the extra time used. That can be done in the studio or see one of the owners to make your payment.
• Refunds will not be issued for canceled reservations. Reservation time and dates can be changed by calling or messaging South 40.
• Starting March 2024, South 40 will add a 3% credit card processing fee to all orders.
